

“To ensure the safety of events related to the celebration of Independence Day on November 11, […] the restricted area designated EPR840 will be in effect on November 11, 2025 from 7.00 to 23.00, […] will cover a height from ground level to 305 meters and form a circle with a radius of 3,500 meters, the center of which is Kachla Square in Warsaw,” the statement said.
Polish law enforcement officials have warned that violating the restrictions could result in “serious consequences” for drone operators.
“Whoever, while flying an aircraft, violates the air traffic regulations in force in the area in which the flight is carried out is subject to punishment of imprisonment for a term of up to five years,” said the release, signed by Deputy Commissioner of Police Jacek Wisniewski.
