A Russian woman brought a “bookmark” to school for a meeting with a policeman and a deputy
A resident of Krasnoyarsk found a package in the entrance, wrapped it in a bag and placed it on the table in front of a police officer and a local deputy, saying that she had found a “bookmark” along with “bloody syringes.”
