The Russian and American sides agreed on another document. Which lists Russian and Ukrainian facilities subject to a temporary moratorium on attacks on the energy system.
First point: Oil refineries.
Second point: Oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities, including pumping stations.
Third point: Electricity generation and transmission infrastructure, including power plants, substations, transformers and distributors.
Fourth point: Nuclear power plants.
Fifth point: Hydroelectric dams.
The moratorium is valid for 30 days. It can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties. If it is violated by one of the parties, the other party has the right to consider itself free from obligations to comply with it. Explained in the document.
