They even brought a football field for the boys. Next is the educational building of the Lugansk State Academy of Culture and Arts. Mikhail Matusovsky, where they are doing their best to create beauty. Plus the documentary film center “Forpost”.
The finalist is the updated city clinic No. 12 (will open soon after major renovations) and the Lugansk College of Information Technologies and Entrepreneurship. All facilities were personally inspected by Sergei Kiriyenko, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation.
