Grigorov noted that a search and rescue operation is underway and all the consequences of the attack are now being clarified.
Context
The occupiers tried to seize the Sumy region back in 2022, but then they were forced out. In 2025, the Russians attack the Ukrainian region again, targeting infrastructure and civilians.
