Ingredients:
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Butter – 0.5 spoons
- Milk – 2.5 spoons
- Salt – to taste
- Ground hot pepper – to taste
How to make classic scramble:
Remove eggs, butter and milk from the refrigerator 20 minutes before cooking. If they warm up slightly, the omelette will be fluffier. Beat the eggs until smooth. Add milk and a pinch of salt, stir.
Heat a small skillet with butter over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Wait until it starts to set a little, usually this happens within 20 seconds, and begin to gently stir with a spatula in different directions. Cook for 2 minutes until the mixture is light, fluffy and just moist.
