Law enforcement officers reported that they saw a video of cruelty to an animal on social networks. We are probably talking about a video that was published on Instagram by the animal protection charity “Plyushka” (beware, there are scenes of violence and obscene language is heard!).
The video shows a man in military uniform, but the message states that he is not related to the army. The process of abusing the animal is recorded by other men.
Animal rights activists also claim that the incident occurred in the city of Chudnov, and the cat that was abused was pregnant.
Local police have begun checking the information provided, and are also clarifying the circumstances of the incident and the location of the person in the video.
“If you witness the commission of illegal actions, immediately report it to special line 102. We note that timely reporting will help to quickly stop the offenses and bring those involved to justice,” law enforcement officers urged.
