The Moscow tax authorities have closed the Russian business of ex-Spartak football player Quincy Promes.
The Restbar company, also known as Tableware Online, sold plates, spoons, forks and other tableware to restaurants. After Promes was detained in Dubai, the company actually stopped working, accumulated tax debts, and its accounts were blocked.
The amount of debt was small – only 58.5 thousand rubles. But, in addition, the plate makers lost several small claims in court to former clients, among whom were large alcohol sellers. This accumulated about 1.7 million rubles. As a result, the Moscow tax authorities completely closed the company.
