A man from Cluj, pre-arrested after causing a scandal at home twice. He had run away from the hospital to continue the arguments
A 39-year-old man from Cluj county was pre-arrested for insult, after causing a scandal at home and assaulting a police officer. He was picked up and admitted to a hospital, from where he fled to continue the scandal.

The incident took place on the night of October 26 to 27, when the police were called to the scene, after the man from the municipality of Gherla started causing a scandal at his home address, according to IPJ Cluj. He refused to cooperate with law enforcement and was transported, with the support of an ambulance, to a medical unit for involuntary admission.
Later, the man left the medical facility without the staff's approval and returned home, where the scandal continued. On the second police intervention, he became aggressive and hit a police officer, who did not require medical attention.
On Monday, the man was detained and presented to the Judge of Rights and Freedoms of the Gherla Court, who ordered preventive arrest for 30 days. IPJ Cluj specifies that the incident was handled according to legal procedures, and the investigation is ongoing.
