Trump expunged Binance founder Changpeng Zhao's criminal record– Wall Street Journal.
The President of the United States has signed an official pardon, which he withdraws
all residual legal consequences of the judgmentwhich Zhao received in 2024. This means that Zhao is officially considered
NOT convicted in the US, however, fines totaled more than $4.3 billion
no one cancels.
The Trump administration explained the decision by the fact that “the previous government waged a war against cryptocurrencies” and that “this war is over.”
