The mayor of Inta in Komi, Vladimir Kiselev, was arrested and placed under arrest
According to investigators, in 2022 the mayor ordered the preparation of auction documentation for road repair contracts in order to transferring an order to a specific organization.
As a result, it was concluded 18 municipal contracts worth more than 75.5 million rubles. An advance of 31 million rubles was transferred to the contractor, but the work was never completed. The organization unilaterally refused to fulfill the contract and did not return the advance.
