The lifeless body of a newborn was found in a household bag, thrown at the edge of a field in Bacău County. The shocking discovery was made by a local resident.

The man was working with a tractor in a corn field when he saw the suspicious bag, according to ProTV News.
The man alerted the authorities, and the Police and the Prosecutor's Office arrived at the scene.
The field where the baby was found is near the city of Moinești, but several kilometers away from any house.
The investigation is carried out under the coordination of a criminal prosecutor.
A tracking dog was also brought to the area, in an attempt to reach the person who brought the body to the corn field.
Investigators, assisted by forensics, are to find out the baby's age and how he died.
