Primary oil refining at the Novokuybyshevsk refinery was previously suspended after it was attacked by drones in September.
Reuters sources noted that the plant could resume production in early November.
In 2024, the Novokuibyshevsky Refinery processed 5.74 million tons of crude oil, produced 1.1 million tons of gasoline, 1.64 million tons of diesel fuel and 1.27 million tons of fuel oil.
