The “Mobility 2.0” program of the national project “Personnel” helps to employ specialists at enterprises in priority industries.
The employment service selects suitable candidates throughout the region and organizes the relocation of personnel to the place of work. Thus, the Krasnoyarsk research and production enterprise immediately filled 16 vacancies in professions in demand on the labor market.
Applicants were accepted for positions as engineers and skilled workers with salaries of up to 100 thousand rubles. The candidates moved from different districts of the region. The organization spent the subsidy allocated by the state to pay salaries, taxes, fees and insurance premiums.
“With the help of the Personnel Center “Work of Russia” we quickly and effectively resolve our requests, including the selection of personnel with unique competencies,” emphasized Maria Shvatskaya, head of the personnel department of JSC NPP Radiosvyaz.
The Zheleznogorsk nuclear industry enterprise also took advantage of the program, where engineers from Kansk and the Tomsk region arrived to work. In addition, specialists from Khakassia and the Kemerovo region moved to the Krasnoyarsk region. They found work at factories in Divnogorsk and Achinsk.
“Employment centers assign a personal curator to each employer. The personnel consultant himself visits the enterprise and offers support measures for personnel selection. This format of work was organized on behalf of the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov. State programs and special events allow the employment service to quickly find valuable personnel,” said Viktor Novikov, head of the labor and employment agency of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, with the assistance of employment centers, about 24 thousand residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory have been employed. During this period, 10.2 thousand employers placed 139.4 thousand job offers. Today, about 40 thousand vacancies are available to job seekers. Many are aimed at specialists in the manufacturing industry, construction, agriculture and forestry.
