“I tell you honestly, there are big problems in the teamand when I came here, including from the management side, I didn't have any goals. My goal was to be in the top four of the series as a newly promoted team. I see that even in the online environment there is talk of promotion, but although I do not hide from bold objectives, I am realistic because at the level of conditionsand, in terms of infrastructure, we're a little bit behind in the IIIrd League and I tell you it's not easy, especially now when it's raining a lot in Suceava and we can't train here and we go every day from the field at the Sports Program High School.

And there are many groups of children, many teachers who postpone their schedules just to help Suceava football and by what they can come with us. I also feel sorry for those kids who come to training with an open heart, and we take their field for an hour and a quarter or an hour and a half.

On the training side, the High School with Sports Program is the only one that helps us and I want to thank them in this way. For me the biggest disappointment is the sadness of the children when we enter the field and they have to step aside to make room for us.

As the promises were at the beginning, during the campaign last year, as the boys were told in the dressing room, we expected the local authorities to come with some support to the team, however small it might be.

I personally expected that Suceava City Hall would also support the team with a smaller or larger amount this season, but for various reasons it did not happen. We are moving on and we want, why not, at least to join the team next year.

I am aware and I know the times we are living in, I know it is difficult for everyone, including councils and town halls, but any small or large help, given that we were a newly established team at the beginning of the road and with long-term goals, because that was how the discussions were, I personally expected support from the Suceava Town Hall

At the moment, the team lives and breathes exclusively with the help of these sponsors, who month after month, starting from the 4th League, made these players get paid without a single day of delay. I personally am grateful to them and I honestly say that the reason why I accepted this position, because it was not one of my goals to come to Suceava as a coach at this time, are these people, who know what sacrifices they have made
