In the village Podtesovo, Krasnoyarsk Territory, state traffic inspectors A 29-year-old female driver was detained while intoxicated. Her 5-year-old child was in the Toyota Carina.

The driver was stopped to check documents. During the conversation, the police smelled a strong odor of alcohol coming from her. The woman admitted that the day before she and her friend drank 4 bottles of wine. During the examination, the breathalyzer showed 0.37 mg/l of alcohol in the exhaled air.

In addition, the child was transported in violation of safety requirements. And when checking the databases, it turned out that the woman had previously been deprived of her driver’s license for driving while intoxicated.

For violating traffic rules, the woman was prosecuted under Part 3 of Art. 12.23 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation and Part 1 of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, and the foreign car was placed in a special parking lot.
