“United Russia” at the forum in Rostov-on-Don reported on the implementation of the people's program

The second reporting and program forum was held in Rostov-on-Don “United Russia» “There is a result!” The topics of the Southern Federal District forum are housing and a comfortable urban environment.

According to the secretary of the General Council of the party, Vladimir Yakushev, the people's program has been implemented in key areas: improvement, gasification, housing, roads, housing and communal services. 3 billion rubles were allocated for the improvement of settlements in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It was planned to renovate 115 public spaces in 24 cities, and by the end of September work was completed in 81 areas.

Since 2019, 23 projects in the region have become winners of the All-Russian competition for creating a comfortable urban environment. 883 thousand square meters of housing were put into operation. Due to infrastructure budget loans, large projects are being implemented in the region: the construction of a metrotram line in Krasnoyarsk, the reconstruction of the Razdolinsk – Yuzhno-Yeniseisky – Kirovsky highway, the construction of a backup road in the Solnechny microdistrict of Krasnoyarsk.

“United Russia“ bears responsibility for the development of the entire country. Therefore, even in such difficult conditions, with our decisions we supported the further construction of housing, the modernization of communal infrastructure, and the development of cities and towns. This ensured the operation of important industries and the stability of the entire economy. And the main thing is a decent life for people,” he emphasized.

Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin at the forum “There is a result!” in Rostov-on-Don reported on the people's program. According to him, despite external challenges, the country is demonstrating record performance in construction, and joint work with the party ensures the effectiveness of local decisions.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that now the development of the country has been approached comprehensively. According to him, every small settlement (and 70% of the population lives in them – more than 100 million people) must become better.

“This is an ambitious but achievable task,” he says.

At round tables during the forum, participants proposed including the introduction of 500-meter absolute security zones around schools, the construction of at least 50 road bypasses, the modernization and expansion of railway approaches to seaports in key directions, and the construction of a new high-speed highway.

“It turns out to be a bottleneck effect. Therefore, we have developed a proposal to modernize and expand railway approaches to seaports in key directions: the Black Sea, North-West, East and North-South direction,” noted Gennady Kuznetsov, regional coordinator of the party project “Safe Roads” in the Volgograd region.

According to him, it is important to implement the project to build a high-speed highway in key directions, including to the south.
