According to her information, on October 13, information about an alleged incident on Pankovskaya Street was disseminated in Kyiv public pages.
In the video, three unknown men hit a man dressed in a military uniform several times and threw him from his wheeled chair to the ground, law enforcement officers noted.
“Prior to this, law enforcement officers had not received any reports. Having arrived at the specified address, the police interviewed witnesses and looked at video from surveillance cameras. It was previously established that the incident was staged, presumably for the purpose of provocation,” the police said.
The release states that police are identifying all participants in the incident.
The video, which was distributed in public, shows three men, one of them has an Azerbaijani flag on his back.
The face of the man in military uniform is poorly visible in the video.
