The developer demands 64 million rubles from the Fund for the Protection of Shareholders of the Krasnoyarsk Territory

The TRUST IMPERIAL company wants to recover 64.6 million rubles from the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Participants in Shared Construction of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The corresponding claim was received in Arbitration Court, the press service said.
It is reported that the parties entered into contract agreements for the construction of four houses in the Kvadro residential complex on Shakhtyorov – Karaulnaya. The contractor has fully completed the work, which he confirms with permits to put the facilities into operation and acceptance certificates. The total cost of the work performed exceeds 2.7 billion rubles.
According to the terms of the contracts, the final payment was to take place after the houses were put into operation. However, according to the plaintiff, the customer did not fulfill his obligations, resulting in a debt of 64,613,609 rubles.
The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will decide whether to accept the claim for proceedings within five working days.
