The traffic of trains on the Bucharest North route – “Henri Coandă” Airport will be temporarily suspended, from Tuesday to Friday, for maintenance works done by CFR SA, informs News.ro. In the time interval in which these works are carried out, STB will ensure the alternative transport of passengers by resuming the express line 780.

The National Railway Company CFR SA informed, on Saturday, that, on October 14-17, between 9.00-14.00, the specialized personnel of the Regional Branch CF Bucharest will perform technical maintenance and biannual revisions to the Macaz electromecanisms and the path exchangers, according to the railway regulations. (T1).

Thus, for the conduct of these maintenance works, the traffic of the trains will be temporarily suspended on the Bucharest North-Pajura-Mogoşoaia-terminal airport Henri Coandă (T1), between October 14-17, between the mentioned time. The resumption of traffic will be done daily, at 14:00, after the completion of the works.

During the interventions, the transport company Bucharest STB SA will ensure the alternative transport of the passengers by resuming the express line 780, which will work, during the works, between 8: 30-15: 00, with 30 minutes from the Basarab station and Henri Coandă airport.

The works are part of the periodic maintenance program carried out by CFR SA to maintain the railway infrastructure under optimal operating and traffic safety.
