A 47 -year -old woman is criminally investigated after treating a cat and a dog, without having this right, and the animals died of complications.

According to IPJ Cluj, on April 26, 2024, two persons from Cluj-Napoca municipality filed a criminal complaint at the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Cluj-Napoca Court for the lawless exercise, writes Agerpres
On the same day, a criminal complaint was filed by the College of Physicians against the same person, for the respective facts, writes Agerpres.
“The complaint aims at a 47 -year -old woman, from Floresti, a graduate of a dentistry faculty, who attended at that time in a higher education institution. This would have performed surgery on a feline copy and a canine copy without holding c.the necessary legality to practice veterinary medicine. According to the notification, the animals would have suffered complications following the interventions and later died “is shown in an information sent on Saturday by IPJ Cluj.
In this case, investigations are carried out in the aspect of committing the crime of exercise without law of a profession or activity, in order to establish all the circumstances and to draw the criminal liability of the person concerned.
