A Krasnoyarsk man on drugs stabbed two people and sold their things to a pawnshop (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a man in an inadequate state killed two of his acquaintances and stole valuables from their apartments. The Investigative Committee and the regional police spoke about this.

In early October, the duty station received two reports of the discovery of the bodies of a 43-year-old man and a 44-year-old woman with signs of violent death. During operational search activities, law enforcement officers established that one person was involved in the murders. The suspect was found in the Ilansky district and promptly detained; he turned out to be a 40-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk who had been previously convicted several times.

According to the investigation, the defendant first came to an apartment on Novgorodskaya Street to a woman he knew and stabbed her several times. After that, he committed the murder of a male acquaintance in an apartment on Dzhambulskaya Street, with whom he temporarily lived. The attacker placed the bodies of the victims in the bathrooms and covered them with rags and chairs, and stole personal belongings and phones of the victims, as well as household appliances, from the crime scenes. He sold the stolen goods to a pawnshop.

The police note that the man did all this while under the influence of drugs. The defendant does not remember the exact date of the murders; investigators suggest that everything could have happened between September 23 and October 2. The mother began to look for the dead woman; the body of the murdered man was found due to the smell that came from the apartment.

The Krasnoyarsk resident was charged under paragraph. “a”, “h” part 2 art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of two persons, committed for mercenary reasons, associated with robbery), paragraph “c”, part 2 of Art. 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (2 episodes), (robbery committed with the use of violence, with the use of an object used as a weapon, committed with infliction of grievous harm to the health of the victim). The issue of his detention is currently being decided.

At the same time, the necessary investigative actions are being carried out aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crimes committed.
