In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, farmers are compensated for part of the costs of machinery and equipment

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, farmers and agricultural cooperatives can return 30% of the costs of machinery and equipment. The limit per recipient is 20 million rubles, the regional Ministry of Agriculture notes.

Documents for the subsidy can be submitted to the ministry until October 24 inclusive. Individual entrepreneurs, peasant farms and consumer agricultural cooperatives that purchased machinery and equipment from June 2024 to May 2025 can count on state support. The list includes all main types of equipment – grain and forage harvesters, tractors, trailed equipment, trucks, navigation equipment.

“Compensation for the costs of purchasing machinery and equipment is one of the most popular and significant areas of support for farms and agricultural cooperatives. The regional budget provides 513.5 million rubles for subsidies in this area. Last year, 159 small and medium-sized agricultural producers received support in this area, and 428 units of machinery and equipment were purchased,” said the region’s Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Voropaev.

The head of the peasant farm Natalya Kiryanova from the Dzerzhinsko-Taseevsky district has been working on the land for eight years – growing wheat and oats, rapeseed. Next year she plans to increase the acreage to grow peas. Last year, the farm already received compensation for the costs of purchasing a new combine harvester and reaper.

“The subsidy is necessary for agricultural producers. We constantly try to buy some equipment. Last year we purchased a seeder, so now we will participate in the selection again to receive a subsidy,” says Natalya Kiryanova.

Large agricultural producers also receive state support for the purchase of equipment in the region. This year, 109 agricultural enterprises were compensated for part of the costs of purchasing 435 units of agricultural machinery and equipment. In addition, small and medium-sized businesses will be compensated for half the costs of repairing tractors, units, engines of forage harvesters and grain harvesters.
