Ingredients:

  • 300 g of cottage cheese;
  • one egg;
  • 2.5 tbsp. l. semolina;
  • 1.5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • to taste – vanilla sugar;
  • flour for collapsing;
  • Vegetable or butter for frying.

Cooking

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, semolina, sugar and vanilla sugar. Let the mass brew for 20 minutes.
  2. Form cheesecakes, roll them in flour.
  3. Fry in a heated pan with a small amount of vegetable or butter over low heat under the lid until golden brown. Serve with honey.
