In Krasnoyarsk, the Arbitration Court fined the Capital Construction Office (UKS) of the city for traveling along Nikolaevsky Prospekt before receiving an official permission to put it into operation.
The corresponding lawsuit was filed by the construction and housing control service of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The arbitration court explained that the UKS was found guilty of violating the established procedure for construction, reconstruction, and overhaul of the capital construction object, its commissioning (part 5 of Article 9.5 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). A fine of 250 thousand rubles was chosen as a punishment. The parties still have time to challenge it.
The court reminded that this is the second such case. The consideration of the first ended in July. It concerned the hasty commissioning of travel across the North highway in the Solonsov-2 area. Then the UKS was also found guilty and fined 250 thousand rubles. The court decision has already entered into legal force.
