About 48 thousand inhabitants in three regions of Russia were left without light due to snowfall. On the roads there are massive accidents, in apartments – frost, darkness and hopelessness. A little statistics on an abnormal winter:
– In Novocherkassk, 11 thousand inhabitants lost electricity and heat. These are 89 apartment buildings, three kindergartens and a hospital. There, the work was suspended eight boiler houses. At the moment, electricians were able to restore the supply only to the nursing and disabled house.
– In the Leningrad region with candles on the tables – people from 30 settlements.

-And in Rostov-on-Don more than 129 trees fell. On Taganrog Street, the branch fell on a passerby – the victim was hospitalized.
And according to statistics: this morning without light there were at least 26 districts, and almost 20 accidents occurred on the roads. In nine districts of the Rostov region, heating points opened in the problem areas of the road.
