A resident of the Berezovsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will appear before the trial for the brutal murder of three puppies. This was reported in the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the supervisory authority, in the spring of this year, children from the village of Terentyevo sheltered three homeless puppies. The guys built a booth for dogs and began to take care of them in every way. However, not everyone appreciated the act of children. One of the local residents, seeing Puppies, demanded to remove them. The guys refused him, as a result of which there was a conflict.
“The man threatened the children with the killing of dogs, and a couple of days later he threatened to execute. A garden shovel in front of the guys, the flayer with cruelty cut off the lives of three homeless animals, ”the law enforcement agencies said.
The prosecutor approved him of a cruelty of animals that entailed their deaths, perfect from hooligan motives using garden methods (paragraphs “B”, “D” of part 2 of article 245 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The criminal case will be considered by the Berezovsky District Court.
