The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) accused Kiev on Tuesday that Kiev has set up a plot with Warsaw, planning to send “sabotage and recognition groups” in Poland, which will falsely say that there are special Russian and Belaruse units to attract NATO countries.
The new accusation comes at a week, after SVR claimed that troops are mobilized to invade the Republic of Moldova after Sunday's legislative elections, information that has not been confirmed. Chisinau then warned that Russia daily floods the information space with coarse forgeries.
The Russian espionage supports, in a press release published on Tuesday, that, according to “information received”, Ukraine, by the main information direction of the Ministry of Defense, continue “attempts to attract NATO European countries in an armed confrontation with Moscow,” writes The Moscow Times.
SVR accuses that Ukraine is also behind the incidents with Drone in Poland and Romania, the alleged operation with the same purpose.
The Foreign Intelligence Service accuses that in the new “challenge”, set up with the Polish intelligence services, supposed troops who fight with Kiev will participate, which will simulate an attack on the critical infrastructure objectives in Poland to “amplify public protests”.
“This time, the plot revolves around a sabotage and recognition group on the Polish territory, supposed to personnel of the Russian and Belaruse special forces. There were selected candidates for participating in the staging. Ukrainian, ”says SVR.
“It is assumed that, after the” identification and neutralization “of the sabotage and recognition group by the Polish security forces, the members of the group will appear in front of the media and will give testimonies that will incriminate Russia and Belarus in an attempt to destabilize the situation in Poland,” the SVR statement said.
In this context, Kiev, according to Russian intelligence services, hopes to determine the European countries “to respond to Russia with the hardest possible force, preferably military.”
“Confronted with an inevitable defeat, the Zelenski regime, using Europeans as a shield, is prepared to resort to all the necessary means, even with the price of triggering a” great war “, the Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service has concluded.
In September, several countries, including Romania, Poland and Estonia, have announced that Russian hunting drones or hunting have violated their air space.
Poland and Estonia invoked Article 4 of the NATO Charter, which requires consultations with allies in the event of a threat to the territorial security and integrity of a member country.
In response, NATO has launched the “East Santinela” operation to strengthen the eastern flank. Moscoa denied that intentional involvement.
