We know who bought “Tindaro”. Record auction of monumental sculpture

“Tindaro”, measuring over four meters, will find its place in the open space of the Noho One investment in Warsaw. Thanks to this, city residents and tourists will gain access to a work of world format art, which will not only be an ornament, but also an integral part of the urban landscape. This approach is part of the Noho strategy, which consistently combines architecture, design and culture, creating a public space with a city -forming character.
– We want the art of world format to be part of the everyday life of the inhabitants, not just an exhibit in the museum. “Tindaro” is an investment in the quality of life and in the identity of the city. In this way, we redefine the role of the investor, becoming a patron of art in public space – emphasizes Rafał Kula, president and co -founder of Noho Investment.

The purchase of “Tindaro” is an element of a wider curatorial program implemented by Noho. The company successively introduces the works of outstanding artists to its investments, thus building a unique identity of the space it creates. The previous projects included, among others The large -format sculptures of Paweł Orłowski, a mural by an Italian artist compared to Banksy, as well as the work of young artists related to the Academy of Fine Arts.
