The Ukrainian court in absentia sentenced producer Yuri Bardash to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property. The musician was accused of “inciting national and religious enmity” and “negative attitude towards the Ukrainian people.” The verdict was issued by Vinnitsa City Court.
