The leader of Belarus Alaxandr Lukashenko said on Friday in an interview with Russian television that Vladimir Putin has a peaceful proposal for Ukraine, largely supported by the US and presented to President Donald Trump during the summit in Alaska, “said Reuters.

Lukashenko, who spoke after meeting Putin, warned that the rejection of this proposal by Ukrainians would mean that they would “lose Ukraine.”
The Belarusian leader said that this is a “good proposition for Ukraine”, which was presented to Trump in August in Alaska and in “other places” and subjected to a discussion in Washington.
“To avoid losing all of Ukraine (president Volodymyr), Zełenski should not negotiate, but agree to favorable conditions, which, in general, were approved by the Americans,” said Lukashenka.
He also suggested – as Reuters said – that he, Putin and Zelanski, as “leaders of three Slavic countries”, should sit and work out an agreement.
The agency reminded that only three days earlier Trump said that Ukraine is able to regain its territories occupied by Russia and should do so now, because the Russian economy is in a deep collapse. (PAP)
