– North Korea continues to work on intercontinental ballistic missiles capable of carrying nuclear heads (PAP) to the United States – said Li on Thursday during a visit to the Security Stock Exchange in New York, where he stays in connection with the 80th Session of the UN General Assembly.

– It seems that (Pyongyang – PAP) this goal has not yet been achieved, but the work is at the final stage and the only issue of re -entering technology (PAP – PAP) has remained into the atmosphere, which also seems close to the solution – he added.

Li, who has been striving to improve the relationship with the North, as a solution to the problem, indicated the “freezing (PAP program) of the development of nuclear weapons, ICBM and their exports.”

The president did not rule out that Pyongyang could be able to produce “about 15 to 20 additional nuclear bombs a year”. He added that without taking action, North Korean missiles will “become more advanced.”

Meanwhile, North Korea leader Kim Jong Un excludes denuclearization and stated that he was open to talks with the US only provided that nuclear arsenal preserved.
