In Krasnoyarsk, Avtrooke decided to exchange fake rights for the present in the traffic police and received a criminal record

In Krasnoyarsk 46-year-old native Kyrgyzstan was condemned for the use of false driver’s license.

As told in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a woman, having received a Russian Citizenship turned to the traffic police unit with a request to replace rights. When checking her national driver’s license, employees revealed signs of a fake, which later confirmed the examination.

It turned out that the woman bought false rights via the Internet, paying 10 thousand rubles for them.

The court found her guilty under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “The acquisition, storage and transportation in order to use a deliberately fake certificate” and imposed a punishment in the form of restriction of freedom for six months. She is obliged to be celebrated in the police every month, also during this period she is forbidden to change their place of residence and travel outside the city.
