At the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station, EN+, after major repairs, is included in the network of hydraulic unit No. 12.
During the modernization, all worn -out details and nodes were replaced and restored. The work was carried out on the main and auxiliary equipment. The final stage was the assembly, regulation and testing of equipment.
“Overhaul of this hydraulic unit is unique in that in addition to the typical work carried out on the main equipment of the hydraulic unit, work was simultaneously carried out on the modernization of auxiliary equipment: replacing the oil reactor boilers, replacing the arcening reactor, modernization of fire extinguishing systems and relay protection and automation. Now all work is completed. The hydraulic unit has successfully completed the set tests and is already included in the network. This is the result of the work of a large number of employees of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station participating in the repair, ”said Nikolai Bakshutov, deputy director of the Directorate for the Basic Production and Reconstruction of the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station.
Capital repairs of hydraulic units at the Krasnoyarsk hydroelectric power station are carried out every 6 years on schedule. The next large maintenance of this hydraulic unit is scheduled for 2029, current preventive work is performed more often – once every two years. Such a frequency allows you to timely monitor the condition of the equipment, eliminate defects, extend the life of all operations and increase the reliability of all systems of the hydraulic unit in the unified energy system, which means that consumers are stable.
