DTEK Energy Pays Nearly UAH 17.5 Billion in Taxes Amid Ongoing Attacks

DTEK Energy announced it has fulfilled nearly UAH 17.5 billion in tax obligations during the first nine months of 2026, despite facing Russian assaults on its energy infrastructure.
General Director Oleksandr Fomenko emphasized that “even under constant attacks, we remain committed to our responsibilities to the state. The taxes paid by our enterprises support the needs of the country and the communities where our employees live. Alongside this, we are working to restore our power stations to ensure Ukrainians have access to electricity and heat.”
The company also noted its investments in the restoration of thermal power plants damaged by Russian strikes and its efforts to support operations at coal mines and machinery manufacturing facilities.
