Rinat Akhmetov Foundation Launches Second Autumn Session of Blogger Camp for War-Affected Children

The Rinat Akhmetov Foundation has initiated the second autumn session of the “Blogger Camp,” aimed at children affected by war. This year’s program emphasizes STEM education, which integrates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Participants will engage in hands-on projects, research, and experiments throughout the camp.
Ksenia Sukhova, the Foundation’s General Director, stated, “At Blogger Camp, we provide children with not just rest but also guidance for their future. The STEM approach fosters critical thinking and teamwork through practical experience. We believe these initial projects will lay the groundwork for the children’s professional growth and their contributions to rebuilding Ukraine.”
Alongside STEM activities, the camp schedule includes team tasks, thematic quests, sports competitions, and creative projects. Adolescents will also develop their self-presentation skills.
Denis, a camper, shared, “For me, Blogger Camp is a break from the war and a source of support.”
A significant aspect of the program involves daily group sessions with psychologists, individual consultations, and art therapy.
Participant Daria noted, “I really like our psychologists and the exercises they propose. We can express ourselves as a team or as individuals. It’s great.”
The program also includes a workshop on artificial intelligence led by experts from Metinvest, a meeting with a celebrity guest, a motivational workshop, and a concert.
According to the Foundation’s reports, over 5,000 children have participated in the “Rinat Akhmetov – For Children. Peaceful Rest for Children of Ukraine” program. Since its inception, the Foundation has reportedly provided assistance to more than 6 million Ukrainian children.
