The shooting at Rossosh was arranged by 38-year-old Vladimir Tokarev.
The man attacked people at the railway station, wounded one person and disappeared. Before the shootout, Tokarev had a conflict with passers -by. According to Mash, earlier the man was tried for robbery.
Now he is looking for him in Rossosh. The city introduced the interception plan.
