Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has shared alarming footage of a drone strike that hit the North Bridge in Kyiv today, detailing the consequences of Russian attacks on Ukraine throughout the week. This morning, Russian forces targeted the North Bridge again with drones. They also struck a medical supplies warehouse in Sumy and hit a communications facility in Dnipro. Overnight, Russia launched a total of 135 attack drones against Ukraine, over 50 of which were cruise missiles. The regions of Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia were all under fire. As has been the case in previous assaults, residential buildings and critical infrastructure were main targets, disrupting daily life and causing power outages in various communities. Meanwhile, residents in Kyiv and surrounding areas face renewed drone threats, prompting a yellow alert to be issued.
