Ukrainian authorities have disclosed that they are aware of the specific energy infrastructure targets Russia intends to strike during the upcoming winter campaign. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that Ukrainian intelligence has obtained documents detailing Russia’s preparations. He emphasized that there are distinct plans aimed at major cities such as Kyiv, Odesa, and Kharkiv.
