Quiet yet powerful and uncompromising,” Terry emphasized in a video on his YouTube channel. Terry specifically noted Budanov’s assertion that Ukraine will not retreat in its fight for its land. He concluded by expressing respect for Budanov, saying, “Respect to you, Budanov.”
