Russia is willing to resume peace negotiations regarding Ukraine; however, it does not see a need to halt fighting during such discussions, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stated on Tuesday. “Fighting and diplomacy. I see no reason why they cannot proceed in parallel and simultaneously, as has occurred throughout history,” Lavrov remarked.
