Access to the site of the standoff between the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) and the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) in Kyiv has been tightly controlled, with authorities blocking entry to outsiders. Reports indicate that representatives from the State Bureau of Investigation (DBR) and the head of the Special Operations Center “A” of the SBU have arrived at the scene. The involved parties have agreed to de-escalate tensions by disarming, thereby allowing investigative actions to commence.
