The incident led to the destruction of residential buildings, a nursing home, and facilities for individuals with disabilities. Currently, the death toll stands at 27, including Taras Didych, the head of the Dmytriv community, who was attempting to rescue others when he lost his life.
Dozens of individuals have been injured, and more than 370 people have been evacuated with ongoing efforts continuing. Reports have been made by Prime Minister Koretsky and Interior Minister Vihivsky, emphasizing the need for accountability among those responsible for the attack.
The National Police and Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) are conducting pre-trial investigations, having opened a criminal case related to official negligence. There are regulations that prohibit munitions near residential areas.
Furthermore, attacks occurred overnight across various regions, including Odesa, Dnipro, Kyiv, Zaporizhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Donetsk, and Chernihiv. Over 260 assault drones were used, along with continuous rocket drone attacks on Kyiv.
