CIA Director Highlights Russia’s Limited Territorial Gains in Ukraine

During a visit to Russia, the Director of the CIA pointed out to the head of the FSB that over the past 18 months, Russia has captured approximately 1% of Ukraine’s territory. He also noted that the average lifespan of a Russian soldier on the front lines is under 35 minutes, according to reports from The New York Times. Additionally, he acknowledged Ukraine’s skillful use of drones and urged Russia to engage in serious negotiations.
