Rafał Brzoska Escalates Conflict with Meta Over Accountability

The conflict between Rafał Brzoska and Facebook continues as the businessman responds to Meta’s recent statement. Brzoska remarked on the company’s communication, stating, “Bezczelność level hard” and noted the absence of an apology in their message.
He also emphasized that, in his view, the American giant is evading accountability. Brzoska suggested that Meta should acknowledge their role in the situation by admitting, “We are profiting from this and we cannot stop it.”
Background of Brzoska’s Dispute with Meta
On Friday afternoon, Brzoska published an emotional post on platform X, sharing a disturbing image of a man resembling him in handcuffs and a bathrobe, surrounded by police officers. He expressed outrage at how Meta operates in Poland, stating, “This company consistently tolerates fake news about me and many other public figures.”
In a pointed critique, he named the individuals managing Meta in Poland, referring to them as “operational leadership related to the Polish market, composed of Poles (deliberately in lowercase), who have sold themselves to the criminal activities of this company in our country.”
Brzoska’s Legal Victory
In the spring of 2026, Brzoska won a legal battle against Meta concerning similar issues. The case revolved around false advertisements on social media, where scammers exploited the images of well-known individuals, including Brzoska, to promote fraudulent financial schemes.
Both Brzoska and his wife, Omenaa Mensah, have repeatedly been victims of misinformation and deepfakes, facing false claims about violent incidents and police encounters. Meta contended it bore no responsibility for the actions of scammers on its platforms; however, the court ruled that the owner of Facebook and Instagram is accountable for the advertising content on its platforms, as reported by Rafał Brzoska.
