Buldak has unveiled an official recipe for lasagna featuring their carbonara-flavored noodles. The recipe calls for six packages of Buldak noodles, combined with a special sauce made from egg yolks, seasoning from the noodle packages, mayonnaise, grated mozzarella, heavy cream, and chili oil.
To prepare, layer several blocks of noodles in a baking dish, pour a bit of the sauce over the bottom, and then add additional cheese and diced bacon, followed by more sauce. Cover the dish with foil and bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes. After baking, top with more cheese and sauce, and return to the oven to brown for 8-10 minutes. For serving, garnish the dish with herbs and add a drizzle of chili oil. Additionally, it is suggested to place toilet paper in the freezer before serving.
