“A point is a point. We faced a well-organized team that is physically stronger, featuring quality players like Radaslavescu and Doicaru. In the first half, we lacked some rhythm, visibly affected by the high effort during the match against Craiova,” Andone stated in a post-match interview.
He congratulated his players on the second-half performance, despite the absence of clear scoring opportunities. Andone also refrained from commenting on the officiating, emphasizing the importance of focusing on the game. “Ultimately, we gained a point. We have four matches without defeat,” he added.
Additionally, Andone spoke about Gabriel Charpentier, the new striker from Parma and Cracovia. “We were in search of a striker, and Dani Coman brought the proposal to us. Discussions took place with Man and Mihăilă, his former teammates. It’s crucial for him to avoid re-injury as he integrates into the team’s intensity during matches,” he explained.
Robert Moldoveanu, who scored FC Argeș’s goal, reflected, “I was told to move the ball during free kicks. I think the referee made the right call regarding the red card situation.
