In a match that ended in a 0-0 draw, FCSB faced Sepsi during the fourth round of the Superliga. The red and blue team was greeted by hundreds of fans near their bus.
Immediately after the match, the FCSB supporters expressed their dissatisfaction with the team’s second misstep in the league. This comes on the heels of their early exit from the Conference League, following a 3-7 aggregate loss to FK Auda. Fans were heard chanting, “Play football” or “If you can’t play football, leave Steaua.”

Contrasting the anger from the traveling supporters, the group near the bus, likely local fans from Brașov, welcomed the players warmly.
Many fans, primarily children, crowded around for a chance to take photos with the champions from 2024 and 2025. Players such as Joao Paulo, Andre Duarte, Daniel Bîrligea, Florin Tănase, Juri Cisotti, and young David Popa happily posed for pictures.
A particularly heartwarming moment featured a young boy with his right leg in a cast, smiling as an adult helped him take photos with Andre Duarte and Joao Paulo.
As they prepared to leave, the children boasted about their photo opportunities: “I got pictures with Bîrligea and Tănase,” and “I only got one with Cisotti.” Supporters traveled from across the region, particularly from Brașov, as indicated by the numerous “BV” license plates in the stadium parking lot.
Mixed Reactions as Florin Tănase Exits
A murmur arose when Florin Tănase exited the bus, with some jeering at the security measures that had formed a protective cordon.
“He didn’t even stop for a picture,” complained one young fan. An adult accompanying him tried to console him, saying, “Forget about him.” Even junior players from Sepsi waited for a chance to take photos with the red and blue squad.
“Hey, go back to the pasture!”
“If you can’t play football, take Toma and leave!”
