With billions of users, he expressed his commitment to investing any additional hour into improving user experience, stating, “If I have an extra hour, you know what I do with it? I invest it in that.” Bosworth appeared to criticize the employee for revisiting the topic of extra vacation days, stating, “I don’t want to make your life hard, but stop asking about Meta Days. It’s nonsense.” He suggested that pursuing more days off is not a successful tactic for future career prospects, advising employees to consult their parents about the strategy, saying, “Go to your parents and ask them: ‘Every time I have the opportunity to talk to my boss, should I ask for more days off?’ Ask them what they think about that as a career strategy.”
