According to Kyrylo Budanov, the head of Ukrainian military intelligence, Russia’s ongoing war efforts have reached a dead end. He emphasized that the conflict has devolved into a situation where there are some military actions, but no substantial progress is being made by either side. Budanov stated, “The war, in essence, is at a dead end for them. There are certain military operations: advancement or lack thereof, with both our advances and theirs… Strategically, it has long been cornered.”
